学科组致力于代谢组学分析、质谱数据库构建、代谢组图谱绘制、代谢组学与多学科交叉研究等方面的研究工作。目前,已绘制了首张衰老小鼠的脑代谢组图谱,揭示了脑衰老的代谢基。约膊〖耙┪锏骺氐哪源谎芯刻峁┝嘶际荩还菇酥舅狒腔舅狨ィ‵AHFA)衍生物的计算机模拟二级质谱图数据库,收录了4000余种FAHFA衍生物的结构及谱图信息;发展了油菜素甾醇、多胺、赤霉素等重要植物代谢物的高灵敏高通量分析方法。相关研究成果发表于Nature Communications, Analytical Chemistry、Analytica Chimica acta等期刊上,被引2000余次。
